Grounded does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All content you write in the app — including your thoughts, generated reflections, preferences, and usage statistics — is stored locally on your device and never leaves it.

Grounded does not require an account, does not use analytics or tracking services, does not share data with third parties, and does not use cookies.

If you delete the app, all data is permanently removed.
